The
Social Director's picks for
Dinner-and-a-Show
You
want a nice evening out. You have time to get to the restaurant
two hours before curtain time and have a leisurely dinner.
I suggest parking once, then walking to dinner at one of several
great options in the Seattle Center or in the Queen Anne neighborhood,
all of which are a short walk from the theater.
Kaspars
Restaurant and Wine Bar
19 West Harrison 206-298- 0123. Seafood. Tues-Thurs 5pm - 10pm,
Fri/Sat 5pm - 11pm. Closed Sun/Mon.Expensive.
Seafood is the star here, but everything shines, in this attractive,
upscale spot near Seattle Center. Fresh Northwest ingredients
get an international treatment that never disappoints. If you
don't have time for a full dinner, you can also order food in
the wine bar - small plates of the same fabulous food.

Moderate.
This trendy french restaurant services traditional bistro-style
food, but on a busy night, service can be slow - so you definitely
want to make your reservation for 2 hours before curtain time.

Sun-Thu 11:00am-10:00pm. Moderate.
This bustling noodle house with a wide selection of asian noodel
dishes, soups and salads is a local favorite. On Friday and Saturday,
it's open till midnight, so it's a good late night dining option.
